Open your e-mail client Microsoft Outlook 2003 .
From the Menu Bar, Select Tools >E-Mail accounts, as shown below:

Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click on Next as shown below:

Select 'POP3' Option and click on Next, as shown below:

In Internet Email Setting (POP3). Enter the following information
User Information
Enter Your Name in the 'Your Name' box
In 'Email Address' box, type your orbitsatnet email address. Eg.XXXXXX@orbitsatnet.com

Server Information
In 'Incoming mail Server(POP3)' box, type pop.orbitsatnet.com.
In 'Outgoing mail Server(SMTP)' box, type smtp.orbitsatnet.com

Logon Information
Enter 'Username' as XXXXXX@orbitsatnet.com
Enter your Passwod and check the Remember Password box.
Then Click on More Settings, as shown below:

Click on General and make sure that in the Mail Account box, the server address is pop.orbitsatnet.com. Make sure that E-Mail address and Reply address are the same, as shown below:

Click on Outgoing Server
Make sure that My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication is checked, as shown below:

Click on Advanced tab, do not change anything here, and click OK button, as shown below:

Click on Next as shown below.

Now Click on Finish as shown below.

Your Orbit SatNet E-Mail configuration is complete.
