The following steps will help you configure your e-mail client for
E-mail account:
Step 1 : Open
Outlook
Open your e-mail client such as
.
From the Menu Bar, Select

, as shown below:
Step 2 : Add Mail
Click on Add then select Mail as shown below:
Step 3 : Enter
display name & Email Address
In the Dislplay Name box, type the name you want others to see
when you send a message.
(e.g. Company Name / Person Name)
and click on Next, as shown below:
In the
Email Address box, type your email address.
This is your
username@orbitsatnet.com,
click
Next as shown below:

Step 4 : Configure
Email Server
Select POP3 in 'My incoming mail server is a' and
below that,
In Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server box, type pop.orbitsatnet.com.
In Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box,
type smtp.orbitsatnet.com
and click Next button, as shown below:
Type your login name in Account Name box and type your password
in Password box.
Make sure that Remember Password is checked, and press Next
button, as shown below:
Click Finish button as shown below:

Step 5: Open
Outlook
Open Outlook Express again, and click on Tools >
Accounts as shown below:
Click on
Mail tab, select
pop.orbitsatnet.com
and click on
Properties button, as shown below:

Step 6 :Configure
your pop Account
Click on General and make sure that in the Mail Account
box, the server address is pop.orbitsatnet.com. Make sure that
E-Mail address and Reply address are the same,
as shown below:
Click on
Servers tab.
Make sure that
Incoming mail (POP3) is
pop.orbitsatnet.com
and
Outgoing mail (SMTP) is
smtp.orbitsatnet.com
and that
Account Name and
Password is
correct,
and Under
Outgoing Mail Server,
make sure that
My server requires authentication is checked,
as shown below:
Click on
Connection tab.
Under connection, disable
Always connect to this account using,
as shown below:
Click on Advanced tab, do not change anything here,
and click OK button, as shown below:
Your Orbit SatNet E-Mail configuration is complete.
